Jim attended the Miami Law Class Action & Complex Litigation Forum addressing current issues in class action litigation, pharmaceutical and medical device cases, and use of artificial intelligence in the law. The forum also included a discussion with federal and state judges on trends in complex litigation. Excellent speakers and a very well-organized forum. Also, it was an excellent opportunity to catch-up with Harout Samra and Dan Mazenac – great friends and excellent lawyers to boot.
