Jim attended the ABA Health Law Section’s Emerging Issues in Healthcare Law Conference in Nashville, Tennessee, with sessions addressing key developments in healthcare law, including changes to the 340B Drug Pricing Program, data related challenges, and the use of AI in the practice of healthcare law – issues that are increasingly shaping healthcare related disputes. A well organized program with practical, real-time insight. Also, good to see familiar faces, including my good friend and former partner Pierre Bergeron.
