Jim participated in the ABA Litigation Section’s 2026 Annual Conference in Boston. The program covered a range of timely topics, including mass arbitrations, the enforcement of arbitration clauses, and use of expert witnesses. Additionally, the panels explored best practices in mediation and the art of storytelling at trial. Excellent program and content.
