Chris is a member of the Ohio bar and has counseled clients in a variety of private sector and public sector settings, on a range of issues, as a transactional lawyer and litigator. Chris has experience in contract drafting and litigating contract disputes, complex commercial litigation, Chapter 11 restructuring-related litigation, ERISA litigation, antitrust litigation, commercial arbitration and mediation, corporate and M&A work, federal and state administrative law, public records law, election litigation, real estate law, and poverty law. Chris is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and Kenyon College, with an undergraduate year in Ireland, at Trinity College, Dublin. Chris is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
