Jim participated as a panelist in American Conference Institute’s 17th Annual Advanced Forum on Managed Care Disputes and Litigation in Chicago, speaking on the “Ask an Arbitrator” panel alongside Christopher Keele and John Libby, moderated by Michelle Skipper of the AAA-ICDR. The interactive session addressed arbitration best practices in managed care disputes, including arbitrator selection, and use of single arbitrators versus panels.
