In consultation with the client, the process involves a review of the docket and a selection of existing case materials from the outside litigation team. After an independent review, a briefing on the matter, and an in-person or virtual session with the in-house team and primary members of the outside litigation team, Jim provides a tailored assessment and recommendations for handling the matter in the most effective and efficient way possible.
