As part of his commitment to giving back to the legal profession, Jim offers professional development programs on a pro bono basis to public law offices, bar associations, law firms, in-house legal departments, and other legal organizations.
Jim’s view is that professional development and CLE programs need to be engaging to be effective. With over thirty years in the legal field, Jim knows what makes motivated professionals tick, and he knows how to grab their attention and keep them engaged. He also knows what makes legal professionals and organizational leaders successful. Jim’s live presentation programs equip attorneys and other professionals with the tools, knowledge and strategies to maximize their effectiveness and propel their careers forward.
